The AI Right™ platform, website design, graphic design, assessment materials, questionnaires, scoring structures, reports, report layouts, forms, templates, checklists, guidance materials, dashboards, workflows, written content and associated resources are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property law. Except where expressly permitted, no part may be copied, reproduced, adapted, redistributed, republished, commercially exploited or made available to third parties without prior written permission. This does not claim ownership of third-party or open-source software, which remains subject to its own licence terms.

Authorised participating organisations are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt templates and resources supplied to them internally for their own legitimate business use. This licence does not permit redistribution, resale or commercial exploitation of those materials, and does not extend beyond the organisation to which the materials were supplied.

Resources and templates issued to participants carry the following notice:

No Creative Commons licence applies to the assessment, questionnaire, scoring methodology, reports, templates, Workspace materials, governance resources, Partner Hub materials, proprietary diagrams or other core platform content. All such materials are proprietary and protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights.

AI Right™ may in future separately choose to publish selected public reports, anonymised statistics or public-facing graphics under a Creative Commons licence. Each such publication will be individually marked either "Proprietary / All Rights Reserved" or "Creative Commons" so that its licensing status is clear.

The platform is built in part using open-source software components. Those components remain subject to their own licence terms and are not claimed as AI Right™ intellectual property. See our Third-Party Software Notices for details.
