Pilot Participation Terms

Participation in the pilot is on an evaluation basis. You are helping us test and refine the platform, and we welcome your feedback on how it can be improved.

Features, scoring, reports and other functionality may change during the pilot without notice as we refine the platform based on feedback and testing.

Assessment results, scores, recognition levels and recommendations are guidance only. They do not guarantee any particular commercial, regulatory or operational result.

Feedback on the platform, its content and its usability is welcomed and can be sent to hello@airight.ie. We may use feedback to improve the platform.

AI Right™ Recognition reflects an organisation's progress within the AI Right™ framework. It is not a statutory certification, regulatory accreditation, independent assurance or guarantee of legal compliance. Use of the platform does not establish or demonstrate compliance with any law, regulation or standard.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions. Where specialist expertise is required, you should obtain professional advice before acting on any output from the platform.

AI Right™ may create aggregated and anonymised statistics from programme activity where individual persons and participating organisations cannot reasonably be identified. Such information may be used for benchmarking, research, programme evaluation, product improvement, policy insight and the communication of aggregated programme outcomes.

Consent to be named or featured in publicity materials is optional and separate from access to the platform. Declining publicity consent does not affect your ability to take part in the pilot.

When you accept these Terms and our other legal documents, we record the version of each document you accepted and the date of acceptance.

As a pilot, the platform is offered without a guaranteed service level. We aim to respond to support queries sent to hello@airight.ie within a reasonable time, but availability and response times are not guaranteed during the pilot phase.

You may withdraw from the pilot at any time by contacting hello@airight.ie. You may also request deletion of your data, subject to any retention we are required to apply by law. See our Privacy Notice for further detail on your rights.
