Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Right™ platform, website or any related materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the platform.
Authorised Use
Access to the platform is intended for organisations and individuals who have been invited or registered to take part in the AI Right™ programme. You may use the platform only for your own organisation's legitimate assessment, learning and governance purposes.
Account and Access Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details or access links provided to you, and for all activity that takes place under your account or access. Notify us promptly at hello@airight.ie if you suspect unauthorised access.
Licensing, Fees and Renewal
Workspace access is provided to an organisation under an annual organisational licence. The licence is held by the organisation, not by an individual user, and covers the colleagues that organisation chooses to invite. Pricing is banded by organisation size and is shown before purchase; there is no per-user charge.
Card payments are taken through Stripe's hosted checkout. AI Right™ does not receive or store card details. Payment by invoice or bank transfer can be arranged by contacting hello@airight.ie.
Unless cancelled, an annual licence renews automatically at the start of each new term at the then current price for the organisation's size band. You may cancel a renewal at any time before the renewal date by contacting hello@airight.ie. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues for the remainder of the term already paid for. Where a renewal payment fails, access may continue for a short grace period before Workspace access is suspended.
Statutory cancellation and refund rights that apply to you by law are not affected by this section.
Intellectual Property
The AI Right™ platform, website design, graphic design, assessment materials, questionnaires, scoring structures, reports, report layouts, forms, templates, checklists, guidance materials, dashboards, workflows, written content and associated resources are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property law. Except where expressly permitted, no part may be copied, reproduced, adapted, redistributed, republished, commercially exploited or made available to third parties without prior written permission. This does not claim ownership of third-party or open-source software, which remains subject to its own licence terms.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to use the platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that could damage, disable or impair the platform or interfere with any other party's use of it.
Assessment and Scoring Restrictions
The structure, methodology, sequencing and scoring logic of the AI Right™ assessment are proprietary. Users may not reverse engineer, reconstruct, systematically copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute or use the assessment or its outputs to create a competing or substantially derived product or service except where expressly permitted in writing.
Without limitation, you agree not to:
- reverse engineer any part of the assessment or platform;
- derive or attempt to derive the scoring methodology;
- reproduce the questionnaire logic;
- replicate the decision flows used to generate results or recommendations;
- scrape questions, content or outputs using automated tools;
- redistribute the questionnaire, in whole or in part;
- create a substantially similar derivative assessment; or
- circumvent, bypass or attempt to bypass any access controls.
No Reverse Engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure or underlying logic of any part of the platform, except to the limited extent permitted by law.
No Redistribution
Reports, templates, resources and other materials made available to you are for your organisation's internal use only and may not be redistributed, resold or made available to third parties without prior written permission.
No Unauthorised Scraping or Automated Extraction
Automated extraction of content, questions, scoring information or outputs from the platform, including by bots, scripts or scraping tools, is prohibited.
Pilot Terms
If you are participating in the AI Right™ controlled pilot, additional conditions apply. See the Pilot Participation Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, except to the extent required by applicable law.
AI Right™ supports organisations with structured AI adoption. It does not guarantee any particular commercial, operational, regulatory or other business outcome. Outcomes depend on each organisation's own circumstances, decisions and implementation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Right™ and Adeltus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any statutory or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Professional Advice Disclaimer
Content, assessments, reports and recommendations provided through the platform are for general informational and organisational guidance purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, technical, cybersecurity, employment, financial or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions where specialist expertise is required.
Regulatory Disclaimer
AI Right™ Recognition reflects an organisation's progress within the AI Right™ framework. It is not a statutory certification, regulatory accreditation, independent assurance or guarantee of legal compliance.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the decisions your organisation makes based on your use of the platform.
Confidentiality
Non-public information you receive through the platform, including draft reports and internal materials, should be treated as confidential and not shared outside your organisation without our consent, save as permitted under these Terms.
Data and Aggregated Insights
AI Right™ may create aggregated and anonymised statistics from programme activity where individual persons and participating organisations cannot reasonably be identified. Such information may be used for benchmarking, research, programme evaluation, product improvement, policy insight and the communication of aggregated programme outcomes.
We distinguish between data that identifies your organisation and genuinely anonymised aggregate data from which no organisation or individual can reasonably be identified. Identifiable organisation data is not shared with universities, government agencies, researchers or commercial partners without your separate, explicit consent.
Publicity and Brand Use
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- imply certification, endorsement, accreditation or partnership with AI Right™;
- use the AI Right™ logo publicly or issue press releases naming AI Right™;
- publish confidential screenshots or other protected platform content.
AI Right™ does not automatically obtain rights to publicise a participant's name or logo. Publicity is governed by explicit opt-in consent recorded at onboarding. Permission requests should be sent to hello@airight.ie.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or where continued access could pose a security or legal risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to raise any concern with us directly at hello@airight.ie in the first instance. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved informally, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
Survival
Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and dispute resolution survive termination of your access to the platform.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Pilot Participation Terms and Privacy Notice where applicable, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Right™ in relation to your use of the platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Notices
Notices under these Terms should be sent to hello@airight.ie. We may provide notices to you via the platform or the contact details you have provided.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version history on this page.
