You may refer to AI Right™ by name in plain text to accurately describe your participation in or use of AI Right™.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• use the AI Right™ logo;
• imply certification, accreditation, endorsement or partnership with AI Right™;
• alter, distort or combine the AI Right™ name or mark with other branding;
• use the AI Right™ name or mark in a domain name or product name.

Where you refer to a recognition level reached through the AI Right™ programme, please do so accurately and note the following: AI Right™ Recognition reflects an organisation's progress within the AI Right™ framework. It is not a statutory certification, regulatory accreditation, independent assurance or guarantee of legal compliance.
